To teach Turkish in a qualified manner in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) using up-to-date methods and approaches by providing international students with the necessary infrastructure and educational environment, to contribute to the development of national standards in language teaching, to introduce Turkey, Turkish culture, national and spiritual values, and to raise students who are respectful of other cultures.

To establish a measurement and evaluation system that complies with the principles of validity and reliability in the teaching of Turkish, to have a qualified and contemporary education and training programme that closely follows technological developments, and to be a leader in developing and implementing models for introducing Turkish culture in Turkish language teaching.
